Every Saturday and Sunday from 11am, we switch out our usual menu for our weekend brunch menu . Think classic brunch ingredients mixed with Taiwanese flavours and breakfast dishes given a Mr Bao spin alongside a line-up of bottomless options.
Alongside classics from our menu like our fried chicken, corn ribs and beef brisket bao, brunch exclusive dishes include:
– Brunch dumplings with Taiwanese sausage and smoked bacon. Served with salted egg yolk sauce and house chilli oil
– Jiang bing crepe with char siu mushrooms, fried egg and a soy, black bean and chill sauce.
– Spring onion pancake with salted egg yolk and crispy peanut chilli oil
– Mapo beans and hash browns
– Bacon, egg, cheese bao – with char siu bacon, peanut chilli crisp, onsen egg and burnt cheese
– Chawanmushi topped with smoked salon, pickled ginger, crispy potatoes and a miso lemon garlic brown butter.
– Crispy hash brown bao with shiitake mushrooms, cheese and a chilli bean sauce
Alongside our brunch menu we also offer a series of classic bottomless options – from prosecco to mimosas with pomegranate, guava and orange bitters, spicy Bloody Marys and Bloody Marias – for £24 per hour.
