It’s been a while since our last collab and when our friends at Little Sambol reached out to us about working together on a collab we jumped on it. We’re bringing their punchy Sri Lankan flavours into a new context with these two bao specials:
– Slow cooked lamb shoulder bao with curry leaf, lemongrass and cinnamon, coconut and herb sambol, crispy noodle garnish
– Tamarind aubergine bao with herb and coconut sambol, crispy tempura pieces and fresh purple radish
Running from 30th January for just two weeks.
