We’ve got a new collaboration with Brixton based Ruben’s Reubens coming up that we’re getting super excited about. He’s been killing it at his pop-up in Brixton Village recently so we had to give him a call up! Renowned for his smoked meats, a skill he perfected in his parent’s garden over lockdown, it felt like a no brainer to create a bao special to showcase his brisket.
The ‘Reuben Bao’ – a twist on the classic sandwich flavours – will be layered with his shredded salt beef brisket alongside mustard mayo, smokey cheddar and a kimchi fritter.
