On 25th November, our festive specials will be launching at Mr Bao to see you through until Christmas. We’re putting a spin on classic Christmas ingredients – giving roast potatoes a Chinese spin and subbing out dry turkey for a confit duck – to mix up your celebrations.
Specials will include:
– Dragons on horseback skewers – with layers of grilled water chestnuts and bacon, in a sweet soy glaze
– ‘Salt and Pepper’ crispy roast potatoes with whipped tofu
– Confit duck bao with red cabbage slaw, hoisin mayo and peanut dukkah
– Chocolate and hazelnut cake with chocolate sauce and 5 spice cream
