When the weekend comes round it only seems right to mix up our menu a little bit. We know the drill – everyone wants eggs, bacon and bottomless cocktails to kick start their morning but our brunch offering has a distinctive Mr Bao-style spin.
Our menu combines classic brunch ingredients and dishes with Taiwanese inspired flavours and street food favourites – think kimchi pancake with sweetcorn salsa; mapo beans and hash browns; Taiwanese sausage with Cantonese scrambled egg; pancakes with blueberry miso compote. Plus, of course we have some brunch bao options on our menu – our bacon bao with an onsen egg and sweet plum sauce, and our salmon and egg bao topped with furikake.
Alongside these dishes we offer plenty of other options from our normal menu as well, including our much-loved drunken prawn and beef brisket bao, golden kimchi and fried chicken with smoky miso mayo.
Alongside our brunch menu we also offer a series of bottomless cocktail specials to kick start the weekend – with mixes like our Bloody Hell Mary (vodka, tomato juice, wasabi and sriracha) and Goblet of Guava (gin, guava and prosecco) making an appearance.
