Mr Bao’s Mai Taipei Recipe

We ran this special as a one-off over the weekend – pretty ideal when the temperature is nearing 30°c – and it was a real crowd pleaser.

Ingredients: 

– 35ml white rum
– 20ml dark rum
– 10ml Briottet Lychee Liqueur
– 20ml lime juice
– 15ml almond syrup
– Mint sprig, to garnish

 Method: 

Add the ingredients to your cocktail shaker, shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig, serve and enjoy!
